Jessica Kunce, Founder of The Busy Hour

About

Meet Jessica Kunce, the human behind The Busy Hour.

Systems nerd. Mom of two. Fixer of things that shouldn't be this hard.

I’m the person who notices when something is taking too long, creating unnecessary stress, or making everyone say, “There has to be a better way.” Then I get slightly obsessed with finding that better way.

Before starting The Busy Hour, I spent years working inside growing businesses and wearing nearly every operational hat imaginable—finance, hiring, training, reporting, systems, and day-to-day operations. That experience taught me that the best solution isn’t the one with the most impressive features. It’s the one that makes someone’s work and life genuinely easier.

Outside of work, I’m a wife, mom of two, lifelong dog lover, and frequent drinker of coffee that went cold an hour ago. I live in Chico, California, and will reorganize just about anything if given the opportunity.

I genuinely love helping people turn the idea in their head into something that works in real life. I also know how personal it is to trust someone with your business and your vision. I never take that lightly—and I’ll care about getting it right alongside you.

Most businesses don’t need to work harder. They need better systems.

Let’s make your business work better—with a lot less busywork. — Jessica
